Moving and breathing

Join our yoga class and move, stretch and strengthen your body through a sequence of pojosianne-squarestures. Yoga is a physical practice that can benefit your body, mind and emotions.

But I’m not very bendy! Not blessed with bendy genes or an athlete? Good, then you are like me and a little bit creaky. Yoga helps you to work with your current levels of fitness and enjoy moving and breathing.

Yoga can be suitable for all ages and levels because we always practice within our own ability. In a yoga class you will practice poses standing, sitting and lying down. There will be some effort as well as lovely relaxation. We become aware of our natural breathing patterns and practice different techniques to increase energy or promote calm.
